We have three campus career services with local staff who will support you in building your recruitment strategy. Our job posting service is free with options to customize your posting to target a specific academic program. We accept full-time, part-time, summer, and volunteer positions. Maximize your engagement by posting to CLNx job boards:

    • Volunteer: part-time and short-term positions or include a stipend, posted year-round

Interview Candidates at U of T! It's Free when you post a paid or volunteer position

You can interview our students and recent grads on any of our three campuses free of charge when you post a paid or volunteer position to CLNx. We support you by coordinating space, building schedules, contacting students and provide logistical support. To use our facilities, please sign up early as space is limited.

Industry Talks, Career Panels & Information Sessions 

You are the voice of experience and students want to hear from you. Share your stories and insights into careers, industries and sectors that will inform, intrigue and inspire students to apply to your organizations, or explore new employment options.  We invite you to participate in industry panels and career talks online.      
 

Job Shadowing 

Invite students from day up to 5 days to experience your professional world.  Students will gain invaluable perspectives into your profession within your workplace.  You will have the opportunity to discuss career related questions and issues while engaging students in hands-on activities such as simulations of common daily tasks and participation in field work or staff meetings. 
 

Practice & Mock Interviews  

Help us foster both career preparedness and resiliency by contributing to practice or mock interviews online  By providing interview experience and feedback you will empower students to strengthen their professional communication skills, image and self-confidence.
